How to read the calendar month view
The Calendar shows a whole month on one screen, so you can see which days are heaving and which are dead before you plan staff or a promotion.
What you see
At the top: the number of bookings and covers for the month, and the busiest day. Each day box shows the number of bookings, the covers, a percentage full and a small bar. Closed days say closed. Any event on a day shows its name. A small number in the corner means requests are waiting for a reply.
What the colours mean
- Quiet
- Filling up
- Nearly full
- Event
The colour compares bookings with your total seats multiplied by the number of service periods, or with your covers cap if you set one in your booking rules.
Pas à pas
- Click Calendar in the left menu. It opens on this month.
- Use Previous and Next to move between months, or This month to jump back.
- Look at the summary strip for total bookings, covers and your busiest day.
- Click a day to open the day view with all its bookings.
- Check the small number in a corner of a day: those are requests still waiting for you.

Why does a busy day show a low percentage?
