How to print or email your daily table list
A paper list on the bar is the best backup there is. The Table list page gives you the day's bookings in one plain table, ready to print, download or email to yourself.
What is on it
One row per booking, in time order: time, how long the table is kept until, name, party size, table, phone number, status and notes. The notes column pulls in tags, special requests and any allergy, so the kitchen warning is on the paper. The top of the page shows the number of bookings and the total covers for the day.
The printed version has an extra Arrived column with a blank box, so you can tick people off with a pen.

Table list is on Standard and above. On the Free plan the menu item shows a padlock.
Schritt für Schritt
- Click Table list in the left menu. It opens on today.
- To look at another day, use the arrows either side of the date, or tap the date box in the middle and pick one.
- Click Print to open a print-friendly page. Your browser's print window opens by itself.
- Click Download CSV to save the list as a spreadsheet file.
- Click Email it now to and your address to send a copy straight away. If it says nobody, add an email address under Notifications first.
- To have it sent for you, go to Notifications, find Table list backup email and choose Before each service or Once a day at a set time. Pick how long before service, or the set time, then save. The default is Never.

Questions
Is a list sent when nothing is booked?
No. Nothing is sent on a day with no bookings.
Who receives the automatic email?
The addresses you put in the Send to box. If it is empty, it goes to your booking alert addresses, or the owner login.
Can I get the list in another language?
Emails to you follow the language chosen under Notifications, in the Language for emails to you box.
Can staff use it?
Yes. Any login can open the Table list page, as long as your plan includes it.
