Staff accounts and access

Passo dopo passo

1. Log in as the owner and choose Staff logins under Account.
2. Under Add a staff login, enter their Name, Email and a Temporary password of at least 8 characters.
3. Leave the boxes unticked for ordinary staff. They can use bookings, the floor plan, the waitlist and guests. For a manager, you can tick Events and menus, Venue settings or Reports and exports.
4. Press Add staff member. Tell them their password and send them to the staff app address shown at the top of the page.
5. The first time they log in, they are asked to choose a new password.
6. On the same page, tick or untick the boxes and press Save access. To stop someone logging in, press Remove login.

What only the owner can do

Plan and billing, staff logins, Stripe and API keys always stay with the owner. The list also shows when each person was last seen in the staff app, which is handy for checking who is using it.

What the three tick boxes allow

Venue settings covers opening hours, tables, floor plan layout, turn times, booking rules, notifications, email sending, booking page look, share and embed and venue details. Events and menus lets them add and edit events, set menus and pre-orders. Reports and exports lets them see reports and download CSV files.
