How to add a Book now button on Facebook and Instagram
People find pubs on Facebook and Instagram all the time. Give them a booking link right there and they can book without picking up the phone.
Nabsie does not connect to Facebook or Instagram itself. You copy one link and paste it into each. That link works on every Nabsie plan, including Free.

- Copy your link in Nabsie. In the left menu, under Booking page, click Share and embed. Under Your booking link, press Copy.
- Add it to your Facebook page. Open your Facebook page and look for the button near the top, which you can edit. Choose a booking style button such as Book now and paste your link as the address. If you cannot find it, look in your page settings for the action button or the website field.
- Add it to your Instagram bio. In Instagram, open your profile and press Edit profile. Paste your link into the link or website field and save. Customers tap it from your bio.
- Say it in a post. Pin a post saying you now take bookings online, and point people to the link in your bio.
- Test both. Open your Facebook page and Instagram profile on your phone, tap the link and make sure the booking page opens.
Facebook and Instagram change their menus now and then. If a button has moved, search their help pages for "add a button to my page" or "add a link to my bio". The link you paste stays the same.
