How to read the busy times strip
The day view now shows how busy you are at a glance, so you can plan staff and breaks before the rush arrives.
The strip
Each bar is 15 minutes. The taller the bar, the more seats are taken out of your total. Green is quiet, amber is busy and red means nearly full. The current time is outlined.
Numbers and arrows
The number under a bar is seats taken. An arrow with a number, like 2 arriving, shows how many parties arrive in that slot.
Filter tabs
Under the strip are tabs for All, Pending, Confirmed, Arrived and No show, each with a count. Tap one to see only those bookings.
Where bookings came from
A From column shows Online, Phone, Walk in, Google or Staff for every booking.
Passo dopo passo
- Open the day view. From Today or the calendar.
