Set menus and pre-orders for big parties
Add a set menu like a Christmas menu, and ask big parties to choose their dishes online before they arrive, so the kitchen knows what is coming.
Quick answer. Go to Events and menus, add your menu under Set menus and pre-orders, then tick Ask big parties to pre-order and choose the party size.

Step by step
- Open Events and menus and scroll to Set menus and pre-orders.
- Under Add a set menu, give it a name and description. Type your courses, one per line, with the dishes after a colon and a bar between them.
- Leave Available for pre-orders ticked and press Save menu.
- Tick Ask big parties to pre-order from a set menu and set the party size, for example 8 or more. Press Save.
- Parties that size or bigger get a pre-order link in their confirmation email. You see their dishes on the booking.

FAQ
Common questions
Do guests pre-order for a normal table booking?
Yes. Any booking at or over the party size you choose gets the link.
Can I only ask for pre-orders on some services, like Christmas lunch?
Yes. Type the service names in the Only for these services box, separated by commas, for example Christmas lunch. Then bookings in other services, like breakfast, do not get the link. Leave it empty and every service gets it.
Can the kitchen see the totals?
Yes. The pre-order shows on each booking, and the totals are shown to the kitchen.
