Set menus and pre-orders for big parties
Add a set menu and ask big parties to pre-order their dishes online.

Want big parties to choose their food before they arrive, so the kitchen knows what's coming? Here's how to set up a set menu and pre-orders. Open Events and menus, and scroll down to Set menus and pre-orders. Under Add a set menu, give it a name, like Christmas menu, and a short description. Type your courses, one line each. Put the dishes after the colon, with a bar between them. Leave Available for pre-orders ticked, and press Save menu. Now tick Ask big parties to pre-order from a set menu. Choose how big a party has to be. For example, eight or more. Press Save. Now any party that size or bigger gets a pre-order link in their confirmation email, where they pick their dishes. You'll see their choices on the booking, so you know exactly what to cook.
