Free plan
A free table booking system that is actually free
Nabsie is free for up to 50 bookings a month, for as long as you want it. No card, no trial that runs out, no per cover fees and no commission. You get your own booking page, a widget for your website and a login for a member of staff, and you can be taking bookings within ten minutes.
What the free plan includes
- Up to 50 bookings a month, every month.
- Your own booking page with its own link, a QR code and a printable poster.
- A booking widget for your website: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or anything that takes HTML.
- Instant confirmation, staff approved bookings, or "live check" where the customer waits while you accept.
- Confirmation and reminder emails, with a link for customers to cancel or change.
- Calendar and day view, opening hours, turn times by party size and pacing so the kitchen copes.
- An owner login plus one staff login, and the staff app on your phone.
- Support tickets, a built in helper that answers questions any time, and free set up help from a real person.
- A booking page, customer emails, dashboard and staff app in 14 languages.
Is 50 bookings a month enough?
For a lot of venues, yes. Sixty bookings is about fifteen a week: a busy Sunday lunch and a few Friday and Saturday tables for a village pub, or weekend brunch for a cafe. Phone and walk-in bookings you add yourself count towards it too, so it suits quieter venues best. If you get close, Nabsie tells you before anything stops.
What is not in the free plan
The paid plans add the things busier venues need: a drag and drop floor plan, text reminders, a waitlist, guest notes, reports and unlimited staff logins on Standard at £14.99 a month, and deposits, events, a kitchen screen and AI phone answering on Pro. Nothing on the free plan is a cut down version that nags you to upgrade; it simply stops at 60.
