How long does Nabsie take to set up?
About ten minutes for the basics. The setup walkthrough takes you one page at a time, and you can take your first booking the same day.

The walkthrough
When you first log in, the welcome page guides you through each step. Every setting has a ? circle that explains it, and you can change anything later.
- Start free, or pick a paid plan.
- Add your lunch and evening services and the days you close.
- Add your tables by size.
- Set how long each party size keeps a table.
- Choose instant, staff approve or live check, plus notice and cancellation rules.
- Choose who is told about bookings and how emails are sent.
- Add your logo and colour, then copy your link.
After the basics
Sharing your link takes a bit longer. Allow around half an hour to add it to your Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook and your website. See sharing your link.
Make it quicker
- Have your opening hours and number of tables to hand.
- Use a computer for the tables and floor plan steps.
- If you are moving from another system, import your bookings afterwards.

Related questions
Can I take bookings before I finish?
Customers can only book once you have opening hours and at least one table. The dashboard reminds you if tables are missing.
Can I come back later?
Yes. Log in on a computer and you carry on exactly where you left off.
Can I change things afterwards?
Yes. Everything is under Settings in the left menu.
