How to make your booking page look like you

Your booking page is the first thing customers see. A logo, a colour and a friendly line make it feel like part of your own pub, not someone else's system.

Quick answer. In the left menu, under Booking page, click Booking page look. Upload your logo, pick an accent colour, write a welcome line and add your terms. Press Save changes. It works on every plan, including Free.

Step by step

  1. Open the page. In the left menu, under Booking page, click Booking page look.
  2. Add your logo. Under Make it yours, choose a file for Logo. PNG, JPG or WebP, under 2 MB. To take it off later, tick Remove logo.
  3. Pick your accent colour. Click the Accent colour box and choose a colour. It is used for buttons and headings on your booking page and in your emails.
  4. Write a welcome line. In Welcome text, add a friendly line for the top of the page, for example "Book a table at the Anchor. Parties over 8 please ring us."
  5. Choose what to ask. Tick Ask for special requests for things like birthdays and high chairs. Tick Ask about allergies and dietary needs if you want that on the form.
  6. Add holding text and terms. Table holding text shows when a booking is pending, for example how long you hold the table past the booking time. Booking terms shown on the page appear under the form. Use them for cancellations, deposits or your dog policy, and keep them short.
  7. Save and check. Press Save changes. Then open your booking link, using the Open button on the Share and embed page, to see it as a customer does.

Your address and phone number on the booking page come from Venue details in the same menu. The language setting is on this page too, see our languages guide.

Every booking page shows a small "Powered by Nabsie" line. It is on every plan and cannot be removed.
