You paste the review. We write the reply with the facts about your venue and local keywords, and every reply is spell checked. Each reply takes one off your allowance or bundle.
Who posts the reply
If you are on a Google package we also post it on your Google profile for you, through the manager access you gave us, usually within a day. Everyone else copies the reply onto Google themselves.
Free and included replies
Every venue gets three free replies a month. Venues on Google posts and review replies, the full package or Everything get ten included replies a month. Free and included replies are used first.
Reply bundles
After that, buy a prepaid bundle. They never expire, and bigger bundles always cost less per reply. Pay once by PayPal and use them whenever you like. Prices are on the page.

- Open Send us a review. Choose it from the Grow your venue tabs.
- Paste the review. Add the reviewer's first name and the stars if you like.
- Press Send it to us. We write the reply.
- Copy or relax. Google package venues have it posted for them. Others copy it onto Google.
- Top up if needed. Pick a reply bundle when you need more replies.
