Why does my booking page say full?
Guests say the page is full but you have empty tables? Check these four places to find out why.

A guest says your booking page is full, but you can see empty tables. Here are the four places to look. First, Settings, then Booking rules. Check Minimum notice, and How far ahead people can book. If someone tries to book for tonight and you ask for two hours notice, it will look full. Next, Settings, then Tables. Look at the Largest party online, the Max covers per service, and Pacing. A busy slot can be full because of a cap, even when tables are free. Then Settings, then Opening hours. Check the last booking time, and the special closures. A closure shuts the whole day. Last, open the Day view. If every table that fits that party is already booked at that time, then the page is right. It really is full. Guests can join the waitlist instead. That is why a time shows as full in Nabsie. Check these four, and you will find it.
