Stop Everyone Turning Up at Once

Don't want every table turning up at seven? Pacing spreads your arrivals out, so the kitchen isn't hit all at once. Here's how to set it up. Go to Settings, then Tables, and scroll down to Pacing. Under Pace by, choose bookings or covers, per fifteen minutes. Covers counts the people, which is best if the kitchen is your limit. Now set the maximum. Say twenty four covers. Once seven o'clock has twenty four people booked, that time shows as full, and guests are offered seven fifteen instead. Press Save changes, and it works straight away.
