Use the Floor Plan on Shift
See which tables are free, seat guests, free tables when they leave and mark them clean.
Transcript
The floor plan is a picture of your room, kept up to date by everyone on shift. Open Floor plan under Day to day. It refreshes itself about every twenty seconds. To see how the evening is shaping up, look at a later time, then press Now to come back. Free tables are plain. A dashed edge means booked soon. Reserved means a booking is due, but they haven't arrived. Seated means the guests are in. Needs cleaning means it needs wiping. Tap a booked table to see the name, party size, phone number and any allergy, in red. Press Seat them when guests arrive, No show if they never come, or Running late. When guests leave, press Finished, free the table. It goes to Needs cleaning. Once it's wiped down, tap it and press Mark as clean. Tap a free table to seat a walk in, or book it for later. Bookings with no table yet sit under Not on a table yet. Use Put on table to place one. If the plan looks wrong, tell a manager rather than fixing the layout yourself. It's on the Standard plan and above. Start free at nabsie.com.
