Make booking form questions compulsory
Make guests answer the special requests or allergy question before they can book.

Do you want guests to always answer your special requests or allergy question before they book? Go to Settings, then Booking page look. Find Ask for special requests, and Ask about allergies and dietary needs. Under each one, tick Make this compulsory. Guests can't book until they answer. They can write none if there is nothing to say. Press Save, and it's done. Leave the tick off to keep a question optional.
