Add your own questions to the booking form
Add up to three questions of your own to your booking form, compulsory or optional.

Need to ask guests something of your own, like which menu they want? You can add your own questions to your booking form. Go to Settings, then Booking page look, and find Your own questions. Type your question, for example, Which menu are you ordering? Tick Compulsory if guests must answer before they can book. Leave it unticked to make it optional. You can add up to three questions. Leave a box empty if you don't need it. Press Save. Guests now see your questions on the booking form, and their answers appear in the booking notes for you and your staff.
